If filming or voice does not actually start, Owen returns the cut. We never mark a failed job as success.

Unused cuts

Bought cuts are not automatically converted back to cash. Contact Relworx support plus the studio owner if a paid order never landed.

Chargebacks

Card and MoMo disputes are processed by Relworx under their rules.
